What is your returns policy? 

If your items are faulty upon delivery we will refund or exchange items within 14 days of receipt. We are not liable for damages or breakages after your items have been received in good working order.

Personalised Items are none refundable.

We cannot accept liability for wrong sizes being ordered. Please consult our size guide to ensure you are ordering the correct size.

What is your turnaround time?

We endeavour to get all orders with you as soon as possible. However, as most items are made to order please allow a 20 working day turnaround for any orders placed. 

In particularly busy times, such as any holiday seasons, our turnaround time may be slightly longer, but if so we will keep you informed. 

Pre-Order Ears, Custom orders and Holiday Announcement bundles are currently a 4 week turnaround. 

Do you Ship Internationally? 

We ship worldwide, however, you would be liable for any customs charges and returns charges should that be necessary.

Delivery

We offer Tracked 48 and Tracked 24 postage through Royal Mail. Click and collect is available for those in the Warrington area that would rather collect in person. 

We will always obtain proof of postage. If you would like to upgrade postage to recorded or signed for please contact us. International postage is also available on request. 

Safety 

As all products are handmade please do not leave babies or small children alone with any of our items or packaging. 

Sizing 

All sizing is as accurate as described, please allow for slight differences due to all items being made by hand.
